For in-home sessions, no special items are required. However, you might want to have any necessary medical supplies, medications, or personal items ready. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for mobility and daily activities. If we are assisting with meals or activities, be sure to inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences.

Our virtual sessions provide remote support via video or phone calls. They are ideal for check-ins, medication reminders, or companionship. You simply schedule a time, and our caregiver connects with you through a secure platform or phone. Virtual sessions are designed to supplement in-person care or serve as a convenient option when in-person visits aren't possible.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Contact us via phone or email. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee, except in emergencies.
