Meet Gladys Herring
With over 31 years of healthcare experience, Gladys Herring has dedicated her life to serving others. Her passion for caring for seniors began at just 13 years old and led her to become a Registered Nurse, healthcare leader, and advocate for compassionate elder care.
After years of bedside nursing and leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Nursing, Gladys founded Journey Empire Homecare Services to fulfill her lifelong mission of helping seniors live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.
Today, she combines her clinical expertise, faith, and heart for service to provide personalized care that families can trust and loved ones deserve.
